CINQ Truffles make great wedding or shower favors!

Pastry chef Leslie Minotti is strikingly casual about the gift she's given the world. "I just started playing around with different ideas and different flavors," says Minotti, formerly with the Baricelli Inn. The result? A new mail order business, Cinq Truffles, and a line of six chocolate concoctions that you can order (for about a buck a piece) We tried them all and found the The' truffle, with its Tahitian vanilla undertones and crunchy flake outside, is the best. Or maybe it was the Grand Marnier, or the orange-flavored truffle we've ever truly loved. But the Chambord is just so darling, with its chocolate-curl exterior and classic interior. We'll call it a tie.
